After moving back to Gisborne we decided to landscape our backyard & use local business. The owner of Gisborne Garden Supplies was extremely arrogant after damage was caused to our shed. We didn't see an issue provided he fix it. This took over a month, with him suggesting we use materials in my yard to "patch it up", and refusing to provide any refund until finally giving in & paying a tradesman. Extremely poor customer service. After speaking with many other tradies/locals their view on the owner M is much the same, with nearby businesses deservedly reaping the rewards off a poor businessman. Will never go back.
